Description
“Our first bottle of Belvoir elderflower cordial was made in the Vale too – almost 40 years ago, in the farmhouse kitchen of our owner, Peverel Manners.
Wild elderflower spilled into Pev’s family garden and, together, they transformed it into cordial. Selling it to local farm shops was a simple business idea that took root and grew – and we use that original elderflower cordial recipe to this day.”

Julie –
I was pleasantly surprised by this drink. It had a very fruity taste, without being overly sweet. Plus, the subtle touch of lemon makes this drink very refreshing! It’s delicious, not too sweet, and complex enough not to be just a juice. The elderflower tastes a lot like lychee, floral but not too overpowering. This soft drink gets a 4 sip rating from us – we think everyone should try it at least once!
