Bloody Marys are possibly my favorite brunch cocktail. Yes, even over than endless mimosas. With Bloody Marys, you can dress them up with bacon, shrimp, olives, celery, asparagus, pickles, cheese and even hot sauce! It’s like a full meal before your meal – which is perfect for a late brunch. However, what really attracts me to Bloody Marys is the nostalgia. We never had tomato juice in the house so whenever we went on family vacations, we always ordered tomato juice on the plane. Tres Agaves is another brand owned by Trinchero Family Estates. If you’ve read our article about the Fre brand of non alcoholic wines, think of Tres Agaves as a sibling brand. Again, it’s common for companies to use other brands to differentiate the product lines from one another. In this particular case, I can see why. Wouldn’t it be confusing to see a bloody mary mix sold alongside wine? They’re two different kinds of drinks, with very distinct tastes, so it makes sense that each category would have its own brand.
Does Tres Agaves Bloody Mary Mix have Alcohol?
This soft drink has no alcohol in it, so it was never dealcoholized. It’s common for Bloody Marys to be sold separately from the alcohol. The only difference between the bloody Mary mix and tomato juice, is that they’re premixed with a few spices already. This way, all you need to do is add your liquor of choice.
Bloody Mary Mix First impressions
What I liked most about this Bloody Mary was that it was Organic. The affordable price didn’t reflect the great quality. This non alcoholic drink mix costs about $10 for a large 1 L bottle, which is about 8 cocktails. Plus, it’s made with organic ingredients, minus the typical corn syrup sweetener. Due to the large size and the fact that it’s organic, I expected the price to be higher.
What does Bloody Mary Mix Taste Like?
This Bloody Mary mix is on the thicker side – which I’m a fan of. This consistency is perfect when served over ice; the thickness doesn’t get watered down easily. So you can sip on your Bloody Mary throughout your meal.

The tomato flavor was there, but it balanced very well with the lime and pepper. Since this is the same recipe they use for alcoholic versions of Bloody Marys, they’ve got this recipe dialed in perfectly.
